摘要 输电铁塔长期处在野外,极易受外部环境影响而产生材料性能下降。若铁塔保护帽长期受含盐量高的雨水侵蚀,将逐渐沙化,雨水可沿着保护帽与塔材的接缝渗入,造成塔脚板及地脚螺栓锈蚀,若锈蚀不断加剧,将突破铁塔受力临界极限,发生倒塔断线事故。文章通过对塔脚板及地脚螺栓锈蚀严重程度的分析,研究能与塔材结合紧密的新型填充材料,对铁塔地脚螺栓及塔脚进行外部包裹加固,得到铁塔地脚螺栓与塔脚板防腐及补强的有效解决方案。 The transmission tower is in the field for a long time, which is easily affected by the external environment, resulting in the decrease of material performance. If the protective cap of the tower is eroded by rainwater with high salt content for a long time, it will gradually become desertified, and rainwater can penetrate into the joints between the protective cap and the tower material, causing the corrosion of the tower foot and anchor bolts. If the corrosion is increasing, it will break through the critical limit of the tower's stress and cause the accident of tower break. Based on the analysis of the tower and anchor bolt corrosion severity, the new packing material that can be closely combined with the tower and material was studied. The external package of the foot bolt and the foot of the tower was reinforced, and the effective solution for corrosion protection and reinforcement of the anchor bolt and the foot plate of the tower was obtained.
