安定注射液在焦虑症患者心脏彩超检查中的应用及价值

Application and value of Anding Injection in cardiac color doppler examination for patients with anxiety disorder

目的探讨安定注射液在焦虑症患者心脏彩超检查中的临床应用价值。方法选择2016年3月~2017年2月本院收治的焦虑症需行心脏彩色多普勒超声检查的患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例。观察组在行心脏彩超检查时使用安定镇静,对照组实施常规处理,主要以心理护理干预为主,适当给予约束。观察两组检查过程中心率、血氧饱和度变化,两组出现面色、瞳孔及皮肤色泽变化的比例,比较两组的呼吸节律、频率变化,统计两组检查耗时及干预后焦虑抑郁评分变化及检查过程中患者的安静状态表现情况。结果观察组的心率、呼吸均慢于对照组,血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出现面色、瞳孔及皮肤色泽变化的总比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组检查过程中安静及睡眠者占比显著高于对照组,躁动占比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后焦虑及抑郁评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组检查耗时显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论焦虑症患者在心脏彩超检查时使用安定镇静,能更好地维持其生命体征平稳,避免检查过程中并发症的出现,改善患者的心理状况,保持患者安静地接受检查,缩短检查时间,避免干扰从而获得较准确的检查结果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of Anding Injection in cardiac color doppler examina- tion for patients with anxiety disorder.Methods 80 patients needing with cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected and they were grouped according to the ran- dom number method,and each group had 40 cases.The observation group was given Anding to conduct sedation in car- diac color doppler examination in the observation group,while the control group was given conventional treatment,then mainly psychological nursing intervention,appropriate constraint was given.The change of heart rate,oxygen saturation in the inspection process,and the proportion of facial color, pupil and skin color and luster change in the two groups were observed,and The change of respiratory rhythm and frequency of two groups were compared,and time-consuming of ex- amination and the change of anxiety and depression score after intervention and the quiet state of the patient during the examination were counted in the two groups.Results The heart rate and respiratory of the observation group was slower than those of the control group,the oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group ＇ （P〈0.05）.The total pro- portion of facial color,pupil and skin color and luster change in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.The proportion of quiet and sleep in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of restlessness was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The anxiety and depression score in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Time-eonsuming of examination in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Condusion Anding Injection used in cardiac color doppler examination for pa- tients with anxiety disorder can better maintain vital signs of patients, avoid the occurrence of complications in the in- spection process,improve the psychological state of patients,and let the patients examine quietly,shorten the inspection time,avoid interference,and and obtain more accurate results.
