A型肉毒毒素在面部瘢痕修复术后的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of Botulinum Toxin Type A after repair operation of facial scar

目的探讨A型肉毒毒素在面部瘢痕修复术后的应用价值。方法选取2015年3月~2017年3月接受面部瘢痕修复术治疗的患者90例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组45例,观察组45例。对照组术后切口涂贝复新凝胶后包扎,观察组患者术毕注射A型肉毒毒素。观察两组的瘢痕修复情况、患者满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前的VSS、SBSES评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的上述评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者修复总满意率达97.78%,显著高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为8.89%,对照组为2.22%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论面部瘢痕修复术后注射A型肉毒毒素,可有效增强修复效果,提高患者的满意度,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application values of Botulinum Toxin Type A after repair operation of facial scar. Methods Ninety patients received the repair operation of facial scar from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group of 45 cases and the observation group of 45 cases according to the random number table method.The control group of incision were painted the Beifuxin Gel then given dressing,while the observation group were injected the Botulinum Toxin Type A after operation.The scar repair,satisfac- tion degree of patients and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in VSS and SBSES score between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）.After the treatment,the above- mentioned score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of repair in the observation group was 97.78%,which was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group of 86.67%,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.89%,compared with the control group of 2.22%,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The injection of Botulinum Toxin Type A for repair of facial scar can effectively enhance the repair effect,improve the satisfaction degree of patients,and the safety is high, thus it is worth promoting.
