银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗腔隙性脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules in the treatment of lacunar infarction

目的探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗腔隙性脑梗死的临床效果。方法将2016年3月3日~2017年3月4日我院收治的腔隙性脑梗死94例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在其基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗。将两组患者的神经功能缺损评分、纤维蛋白原水平、血液流变学指标以及临床效果进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分、纤维蛋白原水平均比对照组低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容四项血液流变学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床总有效率(93.62%)明显比对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗腔隙性脑梗死患者的治疗效果确切,有利于患者神经功能的恢复,还可促进纤维蛋白原水平和血液流变学指标改善。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules in the treatment of lacunar infarction.Methods From March 3,2016 to March 4,2017,94 patients with lacunar infarction admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects and evenly divided into two groups,47cases in each group.In control group,routine therapy was used,while in observation group,on the basis of the control group,Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules was added.The score of neurologic impairment,fibrinogen level,hemorheological index,and clinical effect in the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the score of neurological impairment and fibrinogen level were both lower compared with those in the control group after therapy（P〈0.05）.The hemorheological indexes including high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,and hematocrit after treatment in the observation group were all superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The total clinical effectiveness rate was 93.62%,much higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules can obtain a definite effect on treating patients with lacunar infarction,which is beneficial to the recovery of neurological function, and improvement of fibrinogen level and hemorheological indexes.
