摘要
目的观察尿路结石以腔镜下输尿管内双J管置入术配合排石颗粒治疗的效果。方法以我院门诊于2016年4月~2017年3月间收治的79例上尿路结石患者为研究对象,按临床治疗方式不同分为两组。其中对照组37例(体外碎石术+排石颗粒),研究组42例(腔镜下输尿管内双J管置入+排石颗粒),评估两种治疗方式患者尿路结石治疗效果,记录患者术后并发症,对两组患者结石清除率、二次手术情况进行比较。结果研究组患者治疗率为95.2%,对照组为86.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.553,P<0.05)。研究组患者二次手术率较对照组低、结石清除率较对照组高(χ~2=10.867,11.176,P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为7.1%,对照组为18.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.156,P<0.05)。结论对尿路结石患者采用双J管置入术配合排石颗粒治疗,结石清除率高、治疗效果理想,并发症少。
Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic ureteral double J tube implantation combined with Paishi Granule in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods From April 2016 to March 2017,79 patients with upper urinary calculi treated in our outpatient clinic were selected as research objects.According to different clinical therapeutic methods,they were divided into control group (n=37,extraeorporeal lithotripsy plus Paishi Granule) and research group (n=42,endoscopic ureteral double J tube implantation plus Paishi Granule).The therapeutic effect by the two methods was evaluated,the postoperative complications were recorded,and the stone clearance rate and a second operation were compared in both groups.Results The therapeutic rate in the research group was 95.2%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 86.5% after comparison(X2=4.553,P〈0.05).Compared with the control group,a second operation rate was lower (X2=10.867,P〈0.05) and the stone clearance rate was higher (x2=ll.176,P〈0.05).The incidence of postopera- tive complications in the research group was 7.1%,and 18.9% in the control group,with fewer complications after surgery in the research group after comparison (X2=6.156,P〈0.05).Conclusion For patients with urinary calculi,application of double J tube implantation combined with Paishi Granule can obtain an ideal effect by high stone clearance rate and few complications.
