针对性心理护理对腹腔镜子宫内膜癌术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of targeted psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of patients with laparoscopic endometrial cancer

目的探讨针对性心理护江西省理对腹腔镜子宫内膜癌术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2015年8月~2017年8月在我院进行腹腔镜子宫内膜癌术的62例患者作为研究对象,采用随机住院病历奇偶数分为常规组、实验组,每组31例。常规组给予常规护理干预,实验组则在此基础上联合给予针对性心理护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果两组护理前的SAS、SDS评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组护理后的SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者日常生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者服务总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性心理护理干预在腹腔镜子宫内膜癌术患者中的应用效果满意,缓解负面情绪,改善术后生活质量,推广价值极高。

Objective To investigate the effect of targeted psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of postoperative patients with laparoseopic endometrial cancer.Methods Sixty-two patients undergoing laparoscopic endometrial cancer surgery in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects, the odd and even numbers of random hospitalized medical records were divided into conventional group and experimental group,with 31 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the experimental group was combined with targeted psychological nursing intervention on this basis,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before and after nursing （P〉0.05）.The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the conventional group the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The quality of daily life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction degree of nursing service in the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The targeted psychological nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic endometrial cancer with satisfactory results,relieve negative emotions,improve postoperative quality of life,the promotion of high value.
