综合护理在肾脏病合并冠心病患者PCI术后实施血液透析中的应用效果

The application effect of comprehensive nursing in hemodialysis after PCI in patients with renal disease combined with coronary heart disease

目的探讨综合护理在肾脏病合并冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后实施血液透析中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年2月在我院收治肾脏病合并冠心病患者104例,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(综合护理)与对照组(常规护理),每组52例。所有患者均在入院后实施对症处理,择期行PCI术,病情好转后行血液透析。按照随机原则分为。对比两组的护理效果。结果干预后,研究组的生活质量评分(SF-36)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,且无一例合并两种或以上并发症,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾脏病合并冠心病患者PCI术后血液透析中辅以综合护理的效果更为理想。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in hemodialysis after percutaneous coronary interven- tion （PCI） in patients with renal disease combined with coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred and four patients with kidney disease and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into study group （comprehensive nursing） and control group （conventional nursing）,52 cases in each group. All patients underwent symptomatic treatment after admission,selective PCI and hemodialysis after improvement.Accord- ing to the principle of random.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the quality of life score （SF-36） of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The score of symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） in the study group was better than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）.The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and there was no one case with two or more complications,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in hemodialysis after PCI in patients with renal disease combined with coronary heart disease is more ideal.
