整体护理延伸服务在提高老年高血压患者生存质量中的作用

The effect of holistic nursing extension services in improving the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的观察对老年(高血压)患者采取整体护理延伸服务的方案进行护理后的情况。方法选取2015年1月12日~2017年1月12日在我院收治的老年高血压患者50例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规教育和指导护理,观察组再使用整体护理延伸服务,对比两组血压控制的依从性、生存质量等情况。结果观察组3个月、半年的血压控制依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的各项生存质量数据高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年高血压疾病患者,在采取整体护理廷伸服务后,患者的血压情况得到明显的控制,不仅能够提高依从性,还能有效的改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the elderly patients with chronic diseases （high blood pressure） to holistic nursing ex- tension services program after care of the situation.Methods Fifty elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 12,2015 to January 12,2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education and guidance nursing, and the observation group was given holistic nursing extension services, the compliance and quality of life of blood pressure control were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of blood pressure control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 months and 6 months,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The quality of life data of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients with hypertension in elderly patients with chronic diseases, after taking the holistic nursing extension services,the patient＇s blood pressure has been significantly controlled, not only can significantly im- prove compliance, but also can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
