摘要
在序批式反应器中探究了污染物Ni^(2+)对生物除磷性能及微生物的影响。结果表明:Ni^(2+)对生物除磷性能的影响与Ni^(2+)的浓度有关,低浓度Ni^(2+)对生物除磷性能影响不明显,而高浓度Ni^(2+)抑制生物除磷。当Ni^(2+)的浓度由0增加至10.0 mg/L时,生物除磷效率由92.3%下降至12.5%。此外,Ni^(2+)同样抑制厌氧释磷、好氧吸磷、有机质去除和内聚物合成。微生物种群分析表明,Ni^(2+)能够减少聚磷菌(PAO)的相对丰度,增加聚糖菌(GAO)的相对丰度。
In this study,the effect of Ni^(2+)on biological phosphorus removal(BPR) and microbes were explored in the sequencing reactor. Results showed that the effect of Ni^(2+)on the BPR was related to the concentration of Ni^(2+). The effect of low concentration of Ni^(2+)on the BPR was not obvious,while high concentration of Ni^(2+)inhibited the BPR. When the concentration of Ni^(2+)increased from 0 to 10. 0 mg/L,the efficiency of BPR decreased from 92. 3% to 12. 5%. In addition,Ni^(2+)also inhibited the anaerobic release of phosphorus,aerobic phosphorus absorption,removal of organic matter and the synthesis of the polymer. Microbial population analysis showed that Ni^(2+)could reduce the relative abundance of phosphorus accumulating organisms(PAO) and increase the relative abundance of glycogen accumulating organisms(GAO).
