摘要
对国内200种煤种中的Sar、Aar及飞灰中的Na_2O、Fe_2O_3、Al_2O_3、SiO_2、Li_2O、CaO、MgO成分进行统计及分析,测定了飞灰样品的实验室比电阻值,并计算各煤种的表观驱进速度值,且根据典型样品的数据对比,发现实验室比电阻值与表观驱进速度值呈正相关。给出了电除尘器对煤种的除尘难易性评价方法,根据除尘难易性不同,可分为一般、较易和较难3种情况,结合实际工程经验及选型程序分析,给出了不同条件下电除尘器选型参数的建议值。
In this paper,statistics analysis of Sar and Aar of 200 kinds of China's domestic coal and Na_2O,Fe_2O_3,Al_2O_3,SiO_2,Li_2O,CaO and MgO in ash were done,and fly ash sample laboratory resistance were tested,then the migration velocity of the coal was calculated. According to the typical sample data comparison,positive relationship between laboratory resistivity and migration velocity was found. Dust removal complexity was given,which could be divided into general,easier and more difficult,combined with actual project experience and selection program,different parameters under the different condition of electric precipitators were produced.
