摘要
燃煤工业锅炉产生的大气污染对雾霾的影响日益受到重视。通过分析工业锅炉SCR脱硝运行流程,对脱硝年花费和单位脱除成本采用成本计算方法,建立了以锅炉容量为变量的脱硝费用效益模型,同时对供暖锅炉脱硝工艺进行了费用效益分析。结果表明:脱硝效率是影响锅炉经济效益和环境效益的重要因素,而且当锅炉容量较大时,吨污染物脱除成本、锅炉的单位供暖面积成本较低。因此,在满足当地人民的需求下,应尽可能的选择集中式供暖,有利于减少整体投资费用。
Atmospheric pollution caused by coal fired industrial boiler was paid more and more attention on by the researchers and the public. Through the analysis of SCR denitrification process,a cost benefit model for denitrification was established by the cost calculation method of denitrification total costs and unit removal cost,with the boiler capacity as the variable. At the same time,the cost benefit analysis on denitration technology for heating boilers was carried out. The result showed that the denitrification efficiency was an important factor for the economic benefits and environmental benefits. Furthermore,when the capacity of the boiler bacame larger,the per unit pollutant' s removal cost and the per unit heating area cost was lower.Therefore,it was necessary to choose the centralized heating as far as possible,which was beneficial to reduce the total investment.
