多机组泵站双侧向前池水流流动数值模拟研究

摘要 根据多机组泵站双侧向前池工程布置,应用CFD数值模拟技术,分析该泵站双侧向前池水流流动特性。结果表明,双侧向前池中表层水流进水池区域水流回流严重;表层水流流速大小分布朝闸门方向逐渐递减,两侧进水池区域流速分布处于低速区;1 m水深水流流至进水池时流动方向不连续,进水池区域里存在三维空间回流;0~1.5 m/s流速分布等级区域范围较表层水流略有减小;按水流流动方向依次排列的进水池进口断面较大流速分布范围越来越大,流动均匀性越来越好;三维水流遇闸门或90°转弯存在翻滚至底层的现象,进水池区域流态非常紊乱;两侧进水池水泵进水管均采用弯管管道,因侧向进水、弯管进水管道及回流流动的影响,一定程度上降低了水泵额定工作效率。研究结果对多机组泵站双侧向前池设计具有一定的借鉴意义。 According to the arrangement of the dual lateral forebay of the multi unit pumping station, the flow characteristics of the double front pool are analyzed by CFD numerical simulation technique. The results show that, the surface water flowing into the forebay area is serious; the velocity distribution of surface water flow decreases gradually towards the gate direction, and the velocity distribution in the two sides of the inlet pool is in the low velocity area; the flow direction is discontinuous when the 1 m water depth flows to the inlet; In the pool area there are three dimensional space back - flow ; the area of 0 - 1.5 m/s velocity distribution is slightly lower than that of surface water; according to the direction of water flow, the inlet velocity distribution in the inlet section of the inlet is larger and larger; three dimensional flow in the case of a gate or 90 degrees turn to roll to the bottom of the phenomenon, the flow of water into the pool area is very chaotic; both sides of the water inlet pipe into the pool are used elbow pipe, due to the lateral inlet, elbow pipe and the return flow of water, to a certain extent, reduce the rated pump efficiency. This paper has a certain reference value for the design of the dual lateral forebay of multi - unit pumping station.
