摘要
根据邢台市2001~2015年用水量资料,采用统计法和趋势法分别对用水结构和用水量变化趋势进行分析。邢台市多年平均用水量18.689 2×10~8m^3,其中生态环境用水量0.298 3×10~8m^3,占总用水量的1.60%。生态环境用水包括城镇环境和农村生态用水,其中城镇环境用水量0.226 4×10~8m^3,占生态环境用水量的71.0%;农村生态用水量0.093 2×10~8m^3,占生态环境用水量的29.0%。通过对邢台市用水量变化特征影响分析,为制定和完善生态环境用水规划提供科学依据。
According to the water consumption data of Xingtai from 2001 to 2015, the variation tendency of water consumption structure and water supply volume was analyzed by statistical method and tendency method respectively. The average annual water consumption in Xingtai is 18. 689 2 billion cubic meters, of which the eco - environmental water demand is 0. 298 3 billion cubic meters, accounting for 1.60% of the total water consumption. The ecological environment water ineludes the urban environment and the rural ecological water, and the urban environmental water consumption is 0. 226 4 billion cubic meters, accounting for 71.0% of the water consumption ofeco -environmental water demand. Rural ecological water consumption was 0. 093 2 billion cubic meters, accounting for 29.0% of eeo - environmental water demand. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of water consumption in xingtai city, the paper provides scientific basis for the develop- ment and improvement of ecological environment water planning.
