团体表达艺术治疗对剖宫产术后妇女负性情绪管理的效果研究

Effect of Group Expressive Art Therapy on Negative Emotion Management in Maternal Women after Cesarean Section

目的调查团体表达艺术治疗对剖宫产术后产妇负性情绪管理的作用。方法对就诊于宁波市某三级医院分娩室并择期行剖宫产术的足月孕妇的负性情绪状况进行问卷调查,经焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表测量得分均低于常模50分的产妇共88名,运用目的抽样法将其分为对照组(44例)和干预组(44例),对照组接受分娩室常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上增加团体表达艺术治疗(6周),分别于干预前和干预后评估两组产妇的负性情绪状态。结果经过为期6周团体表达艺术治疗的干预后,干预组的负性情绪状态均优于对照组,p<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论团体表达艺术治疗可缓解剖宫产后产妇的负性情绪状态,对于其负性情绪管理有正向作用。

Objective To investigate the role of group expressive art therapy in negative emotion management in women after cesarean section. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the negative emotions of full-term pregnant women receiving elective cesarean section in Delivery Room of a tertiary hospital in Ningbo City. A total of 88 maternal women whose scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were both 50 points lower than norm were included and divided into control group （n=44） and intervention group （n=44） with purposive sampling. The women in control group received routine nursing care in Delivery Room. The women in intervention group were given extra group expressive art therapy （6 weeks）. The women of two groups were assessed for negative emotions before and after intervention. Results After 6 weeks of intervention of group expressive art therapy, the negative emotion of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Group expressive art therapy can relieve the negative emotional state of pregnant women after cesarean section and produce positive effect on negative emotional management.
