摘要
梳理临床医学专业八年制学生科研能力培养面临的问题,采用科研创新项目申请与科研培训课程授课双轨并行的培养模式,配套导师制、过程管理等手段加强八年制学生临床阶段科研训练,获得师生的普遍认同。
This article analyzed the problems in cultivating scientific research ability of eight-year clinical students. The scientific training of eight- year clinical students in clinical period was enhanced by dual-track training of innovative scientific research projects and scientific training courses, together with mentoring and process management, to gain general acknowledgement of teachers and students.
