VITEK 2 Compact鉴定仪和VITEK MS质谱仪直接对血培养阳性标本细菌进行鉴定的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨用VITEK 2 Compact鉴定仪和VITEK MS质谱仪直接对血培养阳性标本进行细菌鉴定的可行性。方法对临床血培养阳性标本分离的259株细菌进行试验,用VITEK 2 Compact鉴定仪和VITEK MS质谱仪进行直接鉴定,同时用API板条传统法鉴定的结果作为标准结果,将两直接鉴定结果与标准结果进行比对。结果革兰阴性杆菌和革兰阳性球菌用VITEK 2 Compact鉴定仪直接鉴定符合率分别为94.4%(134/142)、89.7%(105/117),鉴定仪直接鉴定总符合率为92.3%(239/259);用VITEK MS质谱仪直接鉴定符合率分别为80.3%(114/142)、70.9%(83/117),质谱仪直接鉴定总符合率为76.1%(197/259)。结论对血培养阳性标本进行离心处理,用VITEK MS质谱仪进行鉴定作为临床初级报告,用VITEK 2 Compact鉴定仪进行直接鉴定和药敏作为正式报告,2种方法互为补充、相互促进,为临床及时、合理和有效的抗菌素治疗提供可靠依据。 Objective To explore the feasibility of direct identification of positive blood culture specimens by VITEK 2 Compact and VITEK MS system. Methods A total of 259 culture-positive blood samples from clinical laboratory were collected.VITEK 2 Compact and VITEK MS method were applied to identify the bacteria directly. At the same time,with the traditional method results verified with API lath as standard result,and the two direct identification results were compared with the standard result. Results The positive rates of Gram-negative bacilli and Gram-positive cocci were 94. 4%( 134/142) and 89. 7%( 105/117) with VITEK 2 Compact,respectively. The direct coincidence rate was 92. 3%( 239/259). The direct coincidence rates were 80. 3%( 114/142) and 70. 9%( 83/117) respectively by VITEK MS mass spectrometry,and the direct coincidence rate was 76. 1%( 197/259 by mass spectrometer. Conclusion Positive samples of blood culture were centrifuged and identified by VITEK MS mass spectrometry to produce primary clinical reports,which were also directly identified and sensitized by VITEK 2 Compact to produce official report. The two methods complement and promote each other,so as to provide reliable basis for timely,reasonable and effective antibiotic treatment.
