妊娠期糖尿病患者孕晚期血脂水平与新生儿体质量的相关性分析

Study on the correlation between gestational diabetes mellitus and body weight of neonates

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者孕晚期血脂水平与新生儿体质量的相关性。方法选取本院正常妊娠妇女(62例)和妊娠期糖尿病孕妇(70例)为研究对象,检测其孕晚期的血糖、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL),跟踪收集2组的新生儿体质量和相关妊娠并发症。结果实验组的空腹血糖、TG、TC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而2组在HDL和LDL上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组的新生儿体质量过重率高达29.7%,显著高于对照组的11.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在子痫前期、羊水过多、胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在早产上两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者孕晚期血脂水平与新生儿体质量呈正相关,需要及时有效的干预措施控制孕妇的血脂水平。

Objective To explore the correlation between gestational diabetes mellitus patients＇ serum lipid levels and neonatal body weight. Methods Normal pregnant women（ 62 cases） and gestational diabetes mellitus（ 70 cases） were recruited. The blood glucose and serum total（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL） were measured for analysis,and the body weight of neonates and pregnant complications were followed and recorded. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,TG and TC in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no statistical significance on the difference between the two groups in HDL and LDL,with the differences not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. The weight of neonatal body weight in the experimental group was 29. 7%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 11. 3%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical significance in the differences between the two groups in preeclampsia,polyhydramnios,premature rupture of membranes and fetal distress（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no statistical significance in difference of preterm labor（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the level of blood lipid and the quality of neonates in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,and timely and effective intervention measures to control the blood lipid level of pregnant women is needed.
