摘要
目的探讨乙肝患者感染状态及合并感染丙肝病毒(HCV)和人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)对其影响。方法选取2015年10月-2016年9月1 377例乙肝患者,按其HCV和HIV感染状态,分为单纯乙肝感染组;乙肝合并HCV感染组,乙肝合并HIV感染组,乙肝合并HCV和HIV感染组,比较不同时期患者乙肝病毒核酸载量和HBe Ag表达状况。结果单纯乙肝感染组患者HBe Ag阳性率为58.38%,高于乙肝合并HIV感染组(14.29%)和乙肝合并HCV和HIV感染组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯乙肝感染组患者HBV-DNA≥1 000 IU/ml百分率为78.65%,高于乙肝合并HIV感染组(14.29%)和乙肝合并HCV和HIV感染组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论接受规范化抗HIV病毒治疗的合并感染HIV的乙肝患者其HBe Ag阳性率和HBV-DNA检测≥1 000 IU/ml百分率低于单纯乙肝感染者,合并感染HIV的乙肝患者应尽早接受规范化抗HIV病毒治疗。
Objective To investigate the infection status of patients with hepatitis B and the impact of co-infection with hepatitis C virus( HCV) and human immunodeficiency virus( HIV). Methods 1 377 cases of hepatitis B patients were selected from October 2015 to September 2016. According to infection state,hepatitis B patients were divided into single hepatitis B patients,hepatitis B patients co-infected with HCV,hepatitis B patients co-infected with HIV,hepatitis B patients co-infected with HIV and HCV. HBV DNA levels and HBe Ag expression in patients at different stages were compared. Results The positive rate of HBe Ag in single hepatitis B patients was 58. 38%,which was obviously higher than 14. 29% in hepatitis B patients co-infected with HIV and in hepatitis B patients co-infected with HIV and HCV,with all the differences statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The load quantity of HBV≥1 000 IU/ml rate in single hepatitis B patients was 78. 65%,which was obviously higher than 14. 29% in hepatitis B patients co-infected with HIV and in hepatitis B patients co-infected with HIV and HCV,with all the differences statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The positive rate of HBe Ag and the load quantity of HBV≥1 000 IU/ml rate in patients with anti-HIV treatment is lower than the single hepatitis B patients. Hepatitis B patients co-infected with HIV should accept standardized anti-HIV treatment as soon as possible.
