2011年-2016年山西省浑源县布鲁菌病流行状况分析

Analysis of epidemiological status of Brucellosis in Hunyuan county,Shanxi province during 2011-2016

目的分析山西省浑源县近6年来的布鲁菌病的流行状况,促进本地区的布鲁菌病防治工作。方法收集本地区2011年-2016年布鲁菌病疫情资料,对各项指标进行分析,包括性别、年龄、职业和发病地等。对81份血清进行虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)。对13份患者血液进行了细菌培养。结果 2011年-2016年发病总例数为796例,主要发病年龄为30岁~70岁,占91.33%;以男性发病为主,共615例,占77.26%。农民为主,占87.31%。发病地区主要集中在沙圪坨镇、永安镇和王庄堡镇。在81份血清中,RBPT和SAT阳性数分别为60份和59份,两项同时为阳性的为59份。在13份血培养中,阳性2份,分离到的菌株经过中国疾病预防控制中心传染病所鉴定均为羊种Ⅲ型。结论 2011年-2016年本地区布鲁菌病发病率整体呈上升趋势,全县18个乡镇均有发病,个别乡镇发病率显著高于其他。发病以男性为主,主要集中在中老年人群,农民为绝大多数,本地区流行株为羊种Ⅲ型。

Objective To evaluate the epidemic status of Brucellosis in the last six years in Hunyuan county so as to improve it＇s control and prevention. Methods To collect the date of Brucellosis from 2011 to 2016,and analyze sex,age,major and area. 81 serum samples were analyzed using RRBPT and SAT,and also,13 blood samples were cultured to isolate the bacteria.Results The total number of Brucellosis is 796 in 2011-2016. The main age of the patients is within 30-70（ 91. 33%）.Male have a much more morbidity（ 615,77. 26%）. Most of the patients are peasants（ 87. 31%）. The three towns,Shagetuo,Yongan and Wangzhuangbao,have much higher morbidity than other towns. In the 81 serum samples,60 were RBPT positive,59 were SAT positive,and 59 were positive of two kinds of tests. Two strains were isolated from the 13 blood samples,and all the strains were identified as Brucella melitensis Ⅲ by National Institute for Communicable Disease Control and Prevention of China CDC. Conclusion Brucellosis has risen from 2011 to 2016 in our county,and all the towns have positive cases. Most of the patients were male,and the most popular age is 50-70 years old. Peasant is the most population. The popular strains in our area is Brucella melitensis Ⅲ.
