妊娠期妇女生殖道支原体感染现状及耐药性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析宁波地区妊娠期妇女生殖道支原体的感染情况及耐药特点,探讨再育女性孕前支原体检测的意义。方法采用支原体培养及药敏实验一体化试剂盒,对5 268份妊娠期妇女生殖道标本进行检测,并对药敏结果进行分析。结果 5 268份标本检出Uu和Mh阳性3 260份,总阳性率为61.88%,其中单纯Uu阳性2 853份,阳性率为54.16%,单纯Mh阳性35份,阳性率为0.66%,Uu和Mh混合感染372份,阳性率为7.06%。药敏实验结果表明,单纯Uu感染耐药性较低;Uu+Mh混合感染耐药性较高,对强力霉素、交沙霉素、美满霉素较敏感,对罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素高度耐药。结论本地妊娠期女性生殖道支原体感染率较高,以解脲脲原体感染为主,耐药性分析有助于指导临床合理用药。 Objective Analyze the infection status and drug resistance of Mycoplasma in reproductive tract of pregnant women in Ningbo,so as to explore the significance of mycoplasma detection before pregnancy of the women who procreate for the second time. Methods The mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test integration kit were carried out on 5 268 pregnant women' s reproductive tract specimens,and then the results of drug sensitivity were analyzed. Results We detected 3 260 positive Uu and Mh specimens in 5 268 specimens,and the total positive rate was 61. 88%,of which 2 853 cases were positive for Uu,with the positive rate of 54. 16%,of which 35 were positive for Mh,with the positive rate of 0. 66%,of which 372 were positive for Uu and Mh mixed,with the positive rate of 7. 06%. The result of drug sensitivity test showed that simple Uu infection had low drug resistance,and the drug resistance of Uu + Mh infection was higher. Meanwhile the Uu + Mh infection was sensitive to doxycycline,josamycin,minocycline and highly resistant to roxithromycin,azithromycin,clarithromycin. Conclusion The infection rate of mycoplasma in the female reproductive tract of local pregnancy is high,and the infection of ureaplasma urealyticum( Uu) is the main factor. Drug resistance analysis can help to guide the clinical rational drug use.
