摘要
目的通过2015年-2016年辽阳市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病确证实验室新发现HIV-1抗体阳性者WB带型及首次CD4+T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)计数结果的分析,了解其免疫状况及疾病进展,为其进行抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法使用"艾滋病综合防治数据信息管理系统"病例报告和随访数据库,应用免疫印迹试验(WB),流式细胞仪检测HIV-1阳性者静脉血中的抗体,CD4细胞数量。结果 103例HIV-1抗体阳性者WB带型以全条带和次全条带为主,CD4细胞计数≤350个/μl的占51.5%。HIV-1抗体全条带与p55条带出现率在不同免疫状况组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIV-1抗体阳性者的WB带型及CD4细胞计数可帮助判断机体免疫状态,确定疾病分期,监测疾病进展,在艾滋病防治等方面起重要作用。
Objective WB band of newly-found HIV-1 antibody-positive patients were collected from HIV confirmatory laboratory of Liaoyang Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention during 2015-2016,the counting results of their first CD4^+T lymphocytes( CD4 cells) were analyzed,and the immune status and disease progression were investigated,so as to provide basis for the treatment of HIV/AIDS antiviral. Methods According to the case report and follow-up database of AIDS Integrated Data Management System,WB and flow cytometry were used to detect the antibody and CD4 cell numbers in HIV-1-positive patients. Results Among the 103 cases of positibe HIV-1 antibody,the WB banding pattern was predominant in all bands and sub-full bands,and CD4 cell counts ≤ 350/μl accounted for 51. 5%. The overall incidence differences of HIV-1 antibody band and p55 band in different immune groups were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The WB band type and CD4 cell count of HIV-1 positive antibody can help to determine the immune status,determine the stage of disease,monitor the progress of disease,and play an important role in the prevention and control of AIDS.
