摘要
尼龙66切片在生成聚合物后进入切粒过程中,起关键作用的切粒循环水系统经常出现过滤器频繁堵塞及毛丝、缠丝现象,造成清理过滤器过频,极大影响了切片切粒的质量,因此本文对切粒过程的循环水系统进行了分析、研究并提出了可行的改进方法。
Filter blockage problem in circulating water system during nylon 66 pelletizing process frequently happened, and the filter had to be frequently cleaned, which affected the quality of nylon 66 product. In this paper, the circulating water system for nylon 66 pelletizing process was analyzed and studied, and the improvement methods were put forward.
