摘要 在天然气处理工艺中,为了防止天然气在输送过程中形成水合物堵塞管路,有必要在管路系统中加入抑制剂,通过注入甲醇、乙二醇等抑制剂可以降低水合物形成温度,达到防止水合物生成的目的。通过HYSYS工艺模拟软件中的水合物形成预测模型可以找到一种抑制剂注入量的计算方法。软件计算是一种快速、有效的方法,在此基础上考虑工程经验和设计余量,为工程设计提供可靠保证。 In order to prevent the natural gas hydrate formation to block the pipeline in the transportation process, it is necessary to add inhibitors in the pipeline system. Injecting inhibitors such as methanol and ethylene glycol can reduce the hydrate formation temperature to prevent hydrate formation. In this paper, a calculation method of injection amount of the inhibitor was found based on the prediction model of hydrate formation in HYSYS process simulation software. Software calculation is a fast and effective method. On this basis, engineering experience and design allowance have been considered, and reliable guarantee for engineering design has been provided.
