危险品运输的安全风险评价与对策

Safety Risk Evaluation and Countermeasures of Dangerous Goods Transportation

近几年来,由于危险品公路运输事故屡屡发生,造成的危害影响很大,危险品运输的安全已经引起了政府和相关部门的高度重视。本文主要对危险品运输过程中存在的安全风险因素进行识别与评估,得出较为重要的风险因素,从而进行合理的控制,减少事故的发生与经济的损失。本文利用模糊层次分析法的方法,建立模型对某运输公司运输过程的风险进行识别分析,通过专家打分的方法对各类风险进行评判,确定权重,量化风险,对运输公司提出些建议来减少风险与事故的发生。

In recent years, dangerous goods road transport accidents frequently happen, which has caused great harm, so the safety of dangerous goods transportation has drawn great attention from the government and relevant departments. In this paper, the main risk factors in the transportation of dangerous goods were identified and evaluated, and the more important risk factors were obtained so as to carry out the reasonable control and reduce the occurrence of accidents and economic losses. At the same time, the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to establish a model for identifying and analyzing the risks in the transportation process of a transportation company, all kinds of risks were evaluated through the expert scoring method, their weights were determined, and the risks were quantified. At last, some suggestions for the transportation company in order to reduce the risks and the occurrence of accidents were put forward.
