摘要
对国医大师李济仁教授的临床经验进行了浅析。其继承了新安医学,尤其是内科"张一帖"心法,自创了新的理论学说,临证时重视培元固本,辨证灵活机变,处方溶经方、时方、验方于一体而独具一格,并发展了新的治疗方药,善用虫类药攻补兼施,并自拟了归芎参芪麦味汤、苦参消浊汤、蛋白转阴方等方剂治疗临床疑难杂症,为新安医学的传承创新做出了杰出的贡献。
The paper makes a brief analysis on clinical experience of LI Jiren,a famous Chinese medicine master. LI inherites the Xin＇an Medicine,especially the mental cultivation method ＂Zhangyitie＂,and invents new theory. In clinic,LI pays more attention to tonification and revigoration on the base of flexible syndrome differentiation.Concerntration of classic prescription,current prescription and proved recipe are LI＇s unique style. In treating some difficults and complicated disseases,LI developed new prescriptions,and is good at using insect drugs to make tonification and purgation in combination and self-made Guixiong Shenqi Maiwei Tang,Kushen Xiaozhuo Tang,Danbai Zhuanyin Fang. Master LI makes a great contribution to the inheritance and innovation for Xin＇an Medicine.
