益智颗粒联合平衡针灸治疗老年痴呆症25例临床观察

Clinical effect of Yizhi Keli combined with balance acupuncture in treating 25 cases of geratic dementia

目的观察益智颗粒联合平衡针灸治疗老年痴呆症的临床疗效。方法将50例老年痴呆症患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。2组均给予平衡针灸治疗,对照组在平衡针灸治疗的基础上口服盐酸多奈哌齐片,治疗组在平衡针灸治疗的基础上口服益智颗粒。连续治疗3月后比较2组的临床疗效,并进行安全性评价。结果治疗组总有效率为84.0%,对照组为76.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益智颗粒联合平衡针灸治疗老年痴呆症疗效确切,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yizhi Keli combined with balance acupuncture in treating geratic dementia. Methods 50 patients of geratic dementia were randomly divided into 2 groups,25 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Yizhi Keli combined with balance acupuncture,the control group took donepezil hydrochloride tablets orally on the basis of balance acupuncture. Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of 2 groups were observed and compared after 3-month treament. Results The total effective rate was 84.0% in the treatment group,while was 76.0% in the control group,there was a significant difference（ P0.05）. Conclusion The combined therapy is effective with high safety,it is worthy further application in clinic.
