摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),分析《金匮要略》中所载方剂的用药规律,为传承张仲景学术思想提供参考。方法收集《金匮要略》中所载方剂,录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法分析其处方用药规律。结果通过对书中所载205首方剂进行分析,筛选得到的155味药物中用药频数在10次以上的共22味,得到常用药物组合23个,分析所得药物规则28个。通过分析得出四气中温性药物使用频数最高,五味中甘性药物使用频数最高,归经中脾经药物使用频数最高。结论通过对《金匮要略》中所载方剂进行数据分析,展示了其用药规律,以期指导临床用药。
Objective To analyze the medication rules recorded in Synopsis of Golden Chamber（ Jinkui Yaolue） by using TCM inheritance support system（ TCMISS,V2.5）,and provide a reference for inheritance of ZHANG Zhongjing＇s（ a famous docotor in the Eastern Han Dynasty） academic ideas. Methods Prescriptions recorded in Jinkui Yaolue were put into TCMISS（ V2.5） and those medication rules were analyzed by the data mining method of software integration. Results Based on the analysis of 205 prescriptions,there are 22 medicinal herbs with frequency above 10 among 155 secreened out. 23 common pharmaceutical compositions and 28 medication rules were found. The herbs with the highest frequency are warm in character,sweet and acrid in taste,distributed to spleen,lung and stomach channel. Conclusion The analysis of medication rules recorded in Jinkui Yaolue can provide guidance for clinical application.
