股权结构与农村商业银行二元绩效研究

Ownership Structure and Dual Performance of Rural Commercial Banks: Impact Mechanism and Empirical Test

本文基于农村商业银行服务＂三农＂的特殊性,利用2012—2015年的调查数据理论与实证分析了股权结构对农村商业银行社会绩效和财务绩效的影响。研究发现：在股东类型方面,高管持股、员工持股和银行持股对农村商业银行的社会绩效影响不显著,但均对其财务绩效影响显著;政府性质股东对农村商业银行社会绩效影响显著,对其财务绩效显著负向影响。在股权集中度方面,高管股权集中度越高,农村商业银行的财务绩效越优异;非金融法人股权集中度越高,将不利于农村商业银行实现良好的财务绩效和社会绩效;政府性质股东股权集中度越高,农村商业银行的社会绩效表现越好,但不利于财务绩效的提升。

Based on the particularity of rural commercial banks serving ＂agriculture,rural areas and farmers＂,this paper analyzes the influence of ownership structure on social performance and financial performance of rural commercial banks by using the survey data theory from 2012 to 2015. The research shows that the effect of executive shareholders,employee shareholders and bank shareholders on the social performance of rural commercial banks is not significant,but it has significant effect on its financial performance. The effect of government shareholders has a significant impact on the social performance of rural commercial banks,and has a significant negative impact on their financial performance. In the aspect of ownership concentration,the higher the concentration of executives,the better the financial performance of rural commercial banks. The higher the ownership concentration of non-financial corporate,it will be unfavorable for rural commercial banks to achieve good financial performance and social performance; the higher the concentration of government shareholders,the better the social performance of rural commercial banks,but not conducive to the improvement of financial performance.
