摘要
定向培养模式为民族地区职业教育的发展提供了有益思路,要想使定向培养模式在民族地区职业教育中实施和运转需要一定的先决条件。民族地区职业教育定向培养模式的实施包括招生、培养、就业的整个过程,具体包括人才需求计划的下达、定向生招生、签订定向培养协议、制定定向培养方案、设置定向培养专业、构建定向培养课程体系、实施定向培养教学、定向生上岗就业等环节。此外,民族地区职业教育定向培养模式的顺利实施还需要建立其内部运行机制,内部运行机制包括对拟合作地区和行业的调研论证机制、定向培养方案的外部论证机制、运作过程的互动机制、遵守协议的诚信机制等。
Orientation training mode provides the beneficial thought for the development of vocational education in ethnic minority areas. To make the Orientation training mode normal implementation, some prerequisites are needed. For example, local governments in ethnic minority areas, industry enterprises have to take an active part in orientation training of consciousness;vocational colleges reform drive to ensure the quality of orientation training; resource integration to form various stakeholders together. The implementation of orientation training mode of vocational education in ethnic minority areas includes the whole process of recruitment, training, employment. In addition, it needs to establish its internal operation mechanism including being cooperative areas, industry research reasoning mechanism, the external argument mechanism of orientation training scheme, the interaction mechanism of the operation process and comply with the agreement of the good faith mechanism.
