职业教育推动我国西南地区经济发展的路径及问题探讨

Problems and Solutions to Teachers' Development in Vocational Schools in the Minority Areas of Southwest China

"十二五"以来,在职业教育推动下,西南地区区域劳动力结构得到了不断优化,农村剩余劳动力转移及扶贫工作取得了良好成效,产教融合和"就业导向"政策得到了深入贯彻和执行,产业结构优化调整的需求得到了一定程度的满足。但是,西南地区职业教育在服务地区经济发展过程中仍在院校布局、专业设置、经费投入与生均资源分配、师资配备等方面存在问题,这些问题成为西南地区社会经济可持续健康发展的制约因素。

Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, boosted by vocational education, the structure of the labor force has been constantly optimized, the rural surplus labor transfer and the poverty-relief work has achieved good results, the policy of industry-education integration and employment orientation has been thoroughly implemented, and the need for optimization and adjustment of industrial structure has been met to a certain extent in Southwestern China. However, while the vocational education boosts the regional economy, there are still problems existing in such aspects as the layout of vocational schools and colleges, major setting,funds investment and per capita education resource allocation, teacher distribution, etc. All these problems have become the restrictive factors for the healthy and continual development of the economy and society in Southwestern China.
