摘要
以西南少数民族地区职校教师专业发展为研究对象,探讨分析西南少数民族地区职业院校教师专业发展中存在的问题,主要有职业学校教师缺乏、学历较低、职称等级低于国家标准三方面。为解决这些问题提出了提高教师薪资待遇、联合高校培养、建立学习型组织、健全培训体系等方面的对策。
The southwest region has the largest number of ethnic groups in China, which has the characteristics of lagging economy and vocational education. Strengthening vocational education in minority area is conducive to local economic development. The development of vocational education is inseparable from teachers' specialization which determines the school's teaching level to some extent. This paper focuses on the development of teachers in southwest minority area, analyzes the status quo and proposes some solutions from aspects of improving the salaries of teachers, collaborating with universities, building learning organizations, sounding training systems and so on.
