摘要
职业教育实施学长制人才培养模式,从人文关怀式的学长制提升为参与课堂组织管理的学长制,从而改变了职业教育人才培养模式。广东省佛山市顺德区勒流职业技术学校经过六年的探索与实践,不断完善职教学长制的理论基础与实践效果,在此过程中积累了丰富的经验。阐述职教学长制人才培养的方法与路径及职教学长制的核心要素,旨在拓宽职业教育人才培养途径。
The implementation of Student Mentoring Scheme in vocational education based on humanistic care increases the participation in class management and organization, which has changed the cultivation mode of students in vocational schools.After six years' exploration and practice, Leliu Vocational and Technical School has gathered abundant experience on Student Mentoring Scheme. This paper aims to state the cultivation mode of Student Mentoring Scheme and expand the ways of cultivating talents in vocational education.
