摘要
可持续发展能力是21世纪人才必须具备的能力。经对高职院校学生、教师及企业三方进行调查,发现高职学生可持续发展能力一般;职业迁移普遍存在;三方对学生可持续发展能力评价趋同:学生自我评价良好,教师评价最为严格,企业评价最高;三方就可持续发展能力的培养积极献言。综合三方建议,主要应采取优化职业规划及专业课程、充分指导学生社团活动、多提供实践机会、督促学生主动学习等措施来培养学生可持续发展能力。
Sustainable development ability is a must for the talents of 21 st century. A survey of enterprises, higher vocational students and teachers shows that higher vocational students' sustainable development ability is ordinary; professional migration is widespread; the three parties' evaluation on students' sustainable development ability is convergent: feeling good for students, the most strict for teachers, the best for enterprises. The three parties offered suggestions: planning and professional courses, guiding students' club activities, providing more practice opportunities, and learning activity on students' and others measure.
