可持续发展能力是21世纪人才必须具备的能力。经对高职院校学生、教师及企业三方进行调查,发现高职学生可持续发展能力一般;职业迁移普遍存在;三方对学生可持续发展能力评价趋同:学生自我评价良好,教师评价最为严格,企业评价最高;三方就可持续发展能力的培养积极献言。综合三方建议,主要应采取优化职业规划及专业课程、充分指导学生社团活动、多提供实践机会、督促学生主动学习等措施来培养学生可持续发展能力。

Sustainable development ability is a must for the talents of 21 st century. A survey of enterprises, higher vocational students and teachers shows that higher vocational students＇ sustainable development ability is ordinary; professional migration is widespread; the three parties＇ evaluation on students＇ sustainable development ability is convergent： feeling good for students, the most strict for teachers, the best for enterprises. The three parties offered suggestions： planning and professional courses, guiding students＇ club activities, providing more practice opportunities, and learning activity on students＇ and others measure.
