摘要
在实践经验基础上构建青少年运动员混合式学习模式,为运动员文化教育发展提供参考。主要结论:青少年混合式学习模式优化了内容组织、方法应用和过程监控,整体效果明显优于传统课堂学习模式;运动员处于主体地位,与教练员、教师关系得到改善;整体学习氛围得到提升。建议:新时代背景下,学校要进一步创新教育机制,改进教学模式,激发运动员主动学习,激励教师、教练员适应角色变化,并营造社会持续参与和协同发展的良好氛围。
Based on practical experience, a blended learning mode for youth athletes was constructed to provide a reference for the development of athletes' cultural education. The main conclusions were achieved as following: blended learning mode optimized the content organization, method deployment and process monitoring; its overall effect was obviously superior to the traditional classroom learning mode; for athletes were the subject, their connection with coaches and teachers were enhanced; the entire learning atmosphere was improved. Suggestion: in the new era, schools should further innovate the educational mechanism, ameliorate teaching mode, stimulate athletes' motivation of active learning, encourage teachers and coaches to adapt themselves to changes in roles, and build a harmonious environment for continuous participation and coordinated development of society.
