摘要 近年来无创正压通气(non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,NIPPV)技术在急诊领域的临床应用发展迅速。目前,NIPPV被广泛用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)、急性心源性肺水肿等多种病因所致急性呼吸衰竭的治疗。合理规范应用NIPPV技术有利于及时缓解患者症状,降低气管插管率和病死率。本文对NIPPV技术急诊应用现状及进展进行综述。 In recent years, non- invasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) has been extensively applied and rapidly developed in emergency medicine. So far, NIPPV is widely used in acute respiratory failure across a variety of aetiologies, such asacute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (AECOPD) and cardiogenic pulmonary oedema. The rational use of NIPPV may help relieve symptoms, and is associated with decreased rates of intubation and mortality. We review the present situation and progress of emergency application of NIPPV in this paper.
