摘要
为筛选高维生素E或高α-生育酚含量大豆种质,提供群体改良的优质资源,采用大豆品种北丰9号和Freeborn作为亲本杂交后衍生的238份重组自交系群体(RIL)为试验材料,利用高压液相色谱法测定其维生素E及其组分含量,分析了6个环境下大豆籽粒维生素E及其组分含量、农艺性状、蛋白质和脂肪含量相互间的相关性。结果表明:大豆维生素E及其组分之间,除了大豆籽粒α-生育酚与δ-生育酚含量没有表现出稳定的相关性外,α-生育酚、γ-生育酚、δ-生育酚和维生素E总含量两两之间均表现为极显著正相关(P<0.01);大豆籽粒α-生育酚含量与节数呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与其它农艺性状无稳定相关性;其它组分(γ-生育酚、δ-生育酚和维生素E总含量)与农艺性状无稳定相关性;大豆籽粒α-生育酚和γ-生育酚含量分别与蛋白质和脂肪含量之间没有稳定的相关性。
In order to screen out the soybean germplasm with high VE or a-tocopherol content, 238 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) were created by single-seed-descent from a cross between ' Beifeng 9' and ' Freeborn'. Individual and total VE con- tents in soybean seeds were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Based on the RILs that were planted in six environments, correlation analysis among individual and total VE in soybean seeds, agronomic traits, protein and oil con- tents was performed. In the RIL populations, among individual and total VE contents, except the correlation between α-to- copherol and δ-tocopherol were not consistent across locations and years, all tocopherol contents were significantly correlated with each other (P 〈 0.01 ). There was a significant negative correlation between α-tocopherol and node number (P 〈 0. 05 ) , while were not consistently correlation between α-tocopherol and other agronomic traits across multiple environments. Other to- copherols and total VE were not consistently correlated with agronomic traits across multiple environments. Protein and oil were not consistently correlated with α-tocopherol and γ-tocopherol, respectively.
