以工程设计应用为切入点,根据区域性城际铁路网运输组织特点、运输组织需求,研究城际铁路调度集中(CTC)系统的功能定位、系统架构,进而确定CTC中心总体技术方案,指导工程设计。

Taking engineering design and application as the breakthrough points, the paper gives the research on the function orientation and system structure of centralized traffic control （CTC） systems for intercity railways according to the characteristics of transport organization of regional intercity railway networks and the demands of transport organization, and puts forward the general technical scheme of CTC center to guide the engineering design.
