Interpretation of Relevant Provisions in Newly Revised Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China

新修订《中华人民共和国标准化法》于2018年1月1日正式实施。为了更好地贯彻执行新标准化法的相关规定,提高产品质量,推动企业发展,对照1988年版的标准化法,摘录与企业相关的重要及修订条款进行解读,便于企业标准化工作的顺利开展。

Newly revised Standardization Law of the People＇s Republic of China will be implemented officially on January 1, 2018. In order to improve the production quality and promote the progress of the enterprise by complying with the relevant provisions in the new version of this standard, this paper extracts and interprets the revised provisions related closely to the enterprise based on the version of this standard issued in 1988, for well implementation of standards by the enterprise.
