摘要
通过对现有的一款混合动力汽车电驱变速器换档过程中存在的降档抖动和进档失败问题进行分析,并对同步器同步特性进行研究,创新性地提出了基于时间的降档同步力分段控制方法,经过实车验证,该方法有效提高了换档品质;提出了自适应增加同步力控制方法,减少了进档失败的概率。
Transmission shift control is the focus and difficulty of vehicle driving. In this paper, the existing problems of down shift wobble and gear failure in the gear shifting of an electric drive gear- box in a hybrid electric vehicle are discussed. By analyzing the synchronization characteristics of syn- chronizer, a time based synchronous force subsection control method during down shift is proposed. Real vehicle experiment shows that the method chronous force control method is proposed improves the shift quality effectively. And an adaptive syn- innovatively, which decreases the probability of gear failure.
