摘要
针对电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)换档时扭矩卸载和加载速度进行优化。以某插电式混合动力汽车为研究对象,介绍了该混合动力汽车的动力系统结构和换档时扭矩控制过程。提出了基于振动剂量值和动力中断时间的换档品质客观评价指标,以此为基础对换档过程的扭矩控制进行优化。测试结果显示,优化以后的换档品质优于主流AMT车型。
This article is focused on the optimization of torque roll off/on rate for automotive manual transmission (AMT). A certain plugin hybrid electric vehicle is taken as the research subject, and its powertrain structure and shift process are studied. An objective measurement of shift quality based on vibration dose value (VDV) and shift power interruption time is raised. Test results indi- cate that the shift quality is better than ordinary AMT vehicles.
