基于程控电话网络的地下矿山电气火警远程自动监控报警系统的设计与应用

Design and application of the electric fire remote automatic monitoring alarm system based on the program-controlled telephone network of underground mine

以地下矿山程控电话网络为载体,充分利用电话网络具有的系统庞大、线缆敷设简单、维护技术能力要求低、运行成本低、普及率高等优点,设计火警远程自动监控系统。通过报警单元主机自动拨打设置的报警电话,实现了对地下矿山变电所及关键要害岗位火灾进行远程在线自动监控,简化了监控流程,提高了检查效率及准确性,达到早期发现、快速处理火灾隐患。研究结果能显著提高对地下矿山电气火灾安全防范的综合监管能力与处置事件的快速反应能力。

Using underground mining program-controlled telephone network as the carrier, and making full use of the advantages of telephone network, such as large system, simple laying cable, low maintenance technical ability, low running cost, and high penetration rate, etc, the fire automatie remote monitoring system is designed. Through setting alarm automatically by the host alarm unit phone, implementing the key positions on the underground substation and fire remote online automatic monitoring, simplifying the procedure of monitoring, to improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy. Early detection of fire hazard and rapid processing are achieved, which can significantly improve the comprehensive underground mine electrical fire safety regulation ability and the disposal of the incident of rapid response ability.
