水泥窑协同处置危险废物典型污染物在水泥熟料中的固化研究 被引量:3

摘要 分别考察了处置含Cr、Pb和Cl等三种典型污染物的危险废物时,这三种污染物在熟料中的固化情况,发现随着处置量的增加,Cr和Pb在熟料中的固化率随之增加,Cl在熟料中的固化率随之下降。检测了在协同处置上述三种危险废物时的熟料质量情况,发现游离钙含量、熟料三率值和28d强度均能满足相关标准要求。 Hazardous wastes containing three typical pollutants such as Cr, Pb and C1 were co-processed in cement kiln, simultaneously the curing rates in clinker were respectively examined. The results showed that the curing rate of Cr, Pb raised when the hazardous waste disposal amounts increased, except the curing rate of CI declined when the hazardous waste disposal amounts increased. The quality of the clinker was detected during the co-processing.The results showed that the fCaO rate values and 28d strength of clinker could satisfy the related standards.
