摘要 设计了一款差压式气体流量控制器,并对节流元件进行了仿真分析。该控制器主要由比例电磁阀、节流元件、差压传感器、温度传感器组成。差压传感器检测节流元件两端的气压差并转换成电信号,经电路处理后换算成流量值,通过检测流量与设定流量比较产生的差值信号控制比例电磁阀的开度,从而达到控制气体流量的目的。该控制器经试验验证可以精确控制气体的流量,已成功应用在实验室分析仪器上。 Design a novel gas flow controller based on the principle of differential pressure and analysed the restricting element. The controller mainly consisted of a proportional solenoid valve,a restricting element, a micro differential pressure sensor and a temperature sensor. The micro differential pressure sensor detected the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet of the restricting element and converted it into the output voltage,further controlling the valve to achive the aim of controlling the flow of gas. The controller has been proved to be able to control the flow of gas accurately and has been successfully applied to the laboratory analysis instrument.
