摘要
以小型地面钻机的动力头为研究对象,利用Inventor三维软件对其进行模型设计,并模拟仿真得到齿轮箱内部激励曲线,在Workbench动态响应模块中计算出动力头相关参考点的振动幅值,验证动力头设计的合理性,为提高动力头承载能力、安全可靠运行提供优化设计依据。
Taking the power head of the small ground drill as the research object, designs it's model-structures and obtains the excitation curves of the gear box by the software Inventor, and also calculates the vibration amplitude of the reference points of the power head in order to improve it's bearing capacity. The results can provide the basis of the optimization design for the power head.
