摘要
针对某扩压器部件,结合实际使用工作环境及实际生产条件编制该部件加工工艺路线,使用UG-CAM模块进行数控程序编制,并使用五轴加工中心进行试制生产,实践证明:工艺合理,完全满足扩压器部件生产,极大地提高了生产效率。
To the diffuser components, combined with the actual conditions of use working environment and actual production schedule the parts processing process route of NC programming using the UG- CAM module, and for trial production of five axis machining center, the practice shows that the process is reasonable, fully meet the diffuser component production, greatly improving the production efficieney.
