矿用液压元件测试系统中数据采集卡的校准方法

摘要 为提高矿用液压元件测试系统的测试精度,阐述了对数据采集卡进行校准的必要性,分析了测试系统结构及数据采集原理,针对测试系统中使用的USB4711A数据采集卡进行了内部自校准及外部校准方法的研究,并对校准后的数据采集卡进行测量不确定度的评定,经验证,校准后的数据采集卡具有较小的测量不确定度,提高了矿用液压元件测试系统的测试精度。 To improve the measuring accuracy of mine hydraulic components testing system, expounds the necessity of the acquisition card calibration of data, analysis of the test system structure and the principle of data acquisition,according to the USB4711A data acquisition test system used in the study of card internal self calibration and external calibration method, and the data acquisition card after calibration the evaluation of measurement uncertainty,verification results show that the measurement uncertainty is less after the calibration of the data acquisition card,improve the precision of mine hydraulic components test system.
