电子档案信息安全管理应是全流程的,而并非是通过某一安全产品就能解决其应用中的各种安全问题。尝试通过层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法,建立评价指标体系,对电子档案管理系统进行全面安全评价。通过了解系统整体安全状况,并结合某企业的实例分析,使用评价体系进行电子档案信息安全评价的结果与实际基本相符,为电子档案信息安全管理提供了新方法。

The security management of electronic archives information should be a whole process,but not through a certain security product which can solve all security problems.This paper presents an approach by combined fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with AHP to establish the evaluation index system,and to conduct a comprehensive safety evaluation for electronic archives management systems.The overall security situation is understood,combined with the analysis of an enterprise,the security of electronic archives evaluation is discussed by using the evaluation system and the results are basically consistent with the actual situation.It provides a new method for information security management of electronic archives.
