摘要
介绍了某企业催化裂化装置反应再生系统衬里冲蚀的情况。衬里损伤主要集中在循环斜管和再生斜管,损伤情况和装置运行期间的红外热成像检测结果具有良好的一致性。因此,通过日常红外热成像检测可以及时发现衬里冲蚀风险。通过分析,提出了外壁最高温度超过320℃作为包盒子处理的依据;通过检测和提前预防,避免了衬里冲蚀泄漏事故,实现了预见性维修。
The lining erosion situation of reaction-regeneration system in an catalytic cracking unit was introduced. It is found that the lining damage mainly concentrated on circulating inclined tube and regenerative inclined tube, which is in good consistence with the results of infrared thermographic testing. Based on the analysis, the maximum temperature of outer wall should not exceed 320 ℃. Through detection and advance prevention, lining erosion and leakage accident were avoided, and predictive maintenance was realized.
