摘要
某天然气净化装置由于加工高含硫的天然气而腐蚀严重,因此采用在线腐蚀监测系统,从而较准确地反映设备、管线的腐蚀损耗。但在持续生产及检修中,该系统由于存在监测盲区、探针腐蚀损耗快、系统老化等问题。通过原系统优化改造,保障了净化厂安全稳定运行。
On line monitoring system was applied to monitor the corrosion in devices and pipelines in a natural gas purification. However, during the continuous production and maintenance processes, it was found that the system had some problems, such as blind area, corrosion loss of the probe and system aging. The problems were resolved by the optimization of original system, which ensured the safe and stable operation of the purification plant.
