缠绕管式换热器在常减压蒸馏装置上的应用 被引量:4

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司Ⅰ套常减压蒸馏装置主要加工中东高硫原油,常顶系统普通管壳式换热器碳钢管束、全焊接板式换热器SMO254材质板片均出现了腐蚀失效,影响装置的正常生产运行。在该部位应用了一台钛材高效单旋缠绕管式换热器,具有传热效率高、压力降小、运行稳定、耐蚀性与抗垢性能好等优点。在装置上应用情况表明,与普通管壳式、板式换热器对比,缠绕管式换热器使用可靠性、经济性等综合性能优于普通管壳式及板式换热器,具有较高的推广应用价值。 Corrosion failure appeared in the carbon steel tube bundles of ordinary shell and tube heat exchanger and plates of full welded plate heat exchanger SMO254 in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. , which mainly processed high sulfur crude oil from Middle East. In order to ensure the normal operation, titanium single spin winding tube heat exchanger was applied in the corrosion position, which possessed some advantages, i.e. , high heat transfer efficiency, low pressure drop, stable operation, excellent corrosion resistance and anti-scale performance, etc. Compared with ordinary shell and tube heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger, it was preliminarily considered that the reliability and other comprehensive properties of winding tube heat exchanger were better and hence it should be popularized.
